Coach Moreno is a 2x Olympic Medalist, current AAU National team Coach, and 3x Olympic Coach. Coach Moreno will go over some sparring drills, ring strategy, and also training philosophy. Please bring all your sparring gear to the seminar. Taekwondo pants and t-shirt are acceptable. $100 through Eventbrite, $150 cash/check at the door February 18th, 2023 12pm-3pm
