(Please do not reply if you are a company or franchise service. We are looking for one person who can help us keep our home in a way that is personal to us, thank you). We need a housekeeper to help us with our home in Richmond. The location is near FM 359 and FM 723. The home is 5200 square feet, but we only actively use about 2/3rds of the house. We need someone to work as a housekeeper two days a week and to do some things that a standard housekeeping service normally does not do, such as dropping off and picking up dry cleaning and keeping the house arranged and tidy. Preferred days are Mondays and Thursdays, but we are possibly flexible on that. Preferred hours are 7 to 3 or 8 to 4. Compensation is $20/hour. We are looking for someone very long term. Reliable transportation is preferred, but we can possibly provide you with a car to use during working hours. The home is 5200 square feet, but we only actively use about 2/3rds of the house. We will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. Must pass background check. Duties include: Standard Cleaning - clean floors, bathrooms, surfaces and fixtures, change bedding, vacuum, etc.… keep the entire house clean Arrange & Tidy Home - keep everything in the home in the correct place, neat and tidy… make sure everything is exactly where it should be Deep Cleaning - shelves, garage, windows, furniture, appliances, outside patios, drawers, advanced dusting, steam cleaning, etc…. Laundry - wash, fold/hang, and put away Dishes - clean dishes, hand wash as needed, run dishwasher, and put away Dry Cleaning - take clothing to dry cleaners, pick up from dry cleaners, transfer from wire hangers to wood hangers and remove trash, etc.. Grocery Orders - pick up grocery orders and put away food at house Take out trash as needed, take bins to curb and bring back when empty Break down boxes and discard Take cars to car wash Take dog to groomers Pick up prescriptions In your response to this advertisement, please put “Clean & Tidy” in the subject line or in the first sentence of your email.
