Hello there.
I'm looking for a personal trainer to help me reach my fitness goals. I'm a male, 210 lbs with at least 30-40% body fat.
My goal is to reach 190 lbs with 10-12% body fat. Timeline isn't much of an issue but, I want to see some results by April.
As far as payment goes. I don't want to waste your time, so I'll let you know I am on a budget and I can only offer $50/month. I understand that's well below the average rate, but I'm currently on SSI, and it's the best I can do. I do workout on my own so training sessions don't have to be but maybe twice a month. Nutrition and diet advice would also be helpful if possible.
