Hardwood and sub floor repair

Description

My floors in the kitchen, living room and bedroom approx 800 sq/ft are sloping to one side. Unfortunately the previous owner decided to install beautiful spruce hard wood over this sloping floor. Needless to say, I am keenly interested in saving this floor if possible... Therefore, I'm looking to hire an experienced person to help me remove the recently installed spruce floor without destroying it; level the sub-flooring, then finally reinstall the spruce hardwood floor.
