House cleaning and labor person wanted

Im looking for someone who can do house cleaning, laundry, dishes, bathroom etc also I have some cellar work, lifting and moving things around now and then. Its periodic work usually every other week or so It is at least 3 hrs sometimes more. Must be 18 or older. Please tell me where you are working and or have worked. Looking for someone experienced I also have fish tanks as crazy as it sounds I need help with them especially water changes as my back is bad and why I do ad.
