Description
My Pink Belly Sideneck doesn't get along with his tank mate turtle. I do not currently have room for another set up of the size required.
This aquatic turtle is free to a good home.
It DOES NOT come with a setup (food, tank, filter, lighting etc.) I suggest you have all these things before adopting the animal.
The turtle is about 4 inches in shell length currently.
What this turtle will require:
a 40 gallon tank (for now, at full grown 75G-90G)
A canister filter that can handle 2-3x the amount of water in the tank.
UVB and UVA lighting over a dry basking spot.
A water heater for the aquarium kept between 75-79 degrees.
What I currently feed him: a mix of different brands of turtle pellets. Occasional live feed of ghost shrimp and super worms.
This is not a North American species, it is native of New Guinea/Indonesia.
