Skilled general Labors needed in and around Buffalo NY. Pay starting at $26.
Tasks: cleaning, sanding, patching, painting, trim installation, window and screen installion, drywall repair, plumbing (leaks, minor), changing light fixtures. Basically flipping apartments. Tasks and job may change day to day. I need someone who is willing to adapt and roll with the punches.
Background check and phone interview required. References may be requested. You must have your own transportation. Job is 830 - 5pm. Positive attitude, show up on time, and honest days work is important. My client has a certain way of completing tasks, I need you to be open minded about your way vs theirs and being able to adapt.
