I'm a local property manager. I have 2 jobs that need electrical work done. We acknowledge permits will need to be pulled on both 1) W36, Cleveland, 44102: electrical service drop is not at proper height. The svc drop has pulled away from its connection to the house and is held in place with a jump rope. 2) Craven, Cleveland, 44120: there's an electric stove. Stove top works, oven doesn't. We had a repair guy out and said the power line is a 110 but it needs to be a 220.
