Suspicious Behavior

N 11th St area and Bluff avenue area have been experiencing a vehicle, suspiciously creeping around the area. Slowly circling blocks for weeks and blaring bass from dusk till dawn and vice versa. Other neighbors have reported the vehicle (of which I don’t personally have a description to add here as of yet) has been parking at random houses and being a general nuisance to everyone in the neighborhood. Neighbors report the suspicious circumstances have already been reported to sheboygan PD and encourage you to do the same as well if you witness any of this suspicious behavior for the potential sake of their families, homes and businesses. There are plentiful working class and peace loving people here in the city of sheboygan whom all deserve the right to feel as if their neighborhood, their families, their homes, and their businesses are safe. In reporting any suspicious behavior in the area, You’ll potentially be doing a great service to the communities affected at the present time.
