Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Receive and accurately label and store incoming products • Be able to perform basic math to check accuracy of amount of material received • Inspect products for damages; report as needed • Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment • Accurately pull and load material going out • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures • Assist with facility maintenance inside and out • Willing to work overtime as needed • Other tasks assigned by Management Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications • Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift – Safety is our #1 concern • Proven work experience in a warehouse setting • Flooring experience preferred but not required • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment • Solid communication skills • Physical stamina necessary for the work; Heavy lifting required and the ability to push heavy pallets w/pallet jack • High school diploma preferred • Basic computer skills required • Able to interact professionally with all different types of people
