Guitar Player Wanted for Established Folk/Rock Band (Minneapolis) Hello everyone, my name is Lizzy, and I am a singer for Sawyer’s Dream. Unfortunately our Guitarist had to leave the band, right in the middle of a huge recording project: 2 albums in 2023. Sawyer’s Dream is auditioning for a replacement guitar player to start rehearsals immediately. We are an all-original music group influenced by Heart, Boston, ABBA, Fleetwood Mac, Santana, etc. Sawyers Dream is currently the top local original touring group in the Twin Cities with a grooving hybrid 70s psychedelic-Americana folk rock style. This high energy 8-piece band featuring 3 vocalists (2 female & 1 male), keys, guitar, bass, and drums requires a new lead guitarist to transition into the band. Sawyer’s Dream is signed with Prostar Records, and had over 70 gigs in 2022 with more shows already booked for 2023. Only serious artists with advanced skill, energy/focus and reliability need apply.
