My band, Armadeus, is seeking a new lead guitarist as our current lead player is, unfortunately, moving out of state in March. We're ideally looking for someone who is comfortable practicing once a week in Middletown (we have a nice, secure practice space there) and playing 1 - 2 shows per month. Professional gear and attitude should go without saying. The bassist, drummer, and I all have full-time jobs so we're doing this simply for the love of playing. If some success comes from it, even better! In case you haven't noticed, there is literally no exciting music scene in Pittsburgh! What does this city need? This city needs funk, old school r&b, classic rock, pop, originality and soul! Live music brings people together, so let's come together, form the best band ever, and give the people what they want! In the past, I played trombone and sang in many local groups. Since the pandemic hit, I've gotten more serious about bass. I have a Fender jazz bass, a 450 watt Ampeg 2x12, and a Quilter Bass Block 800. I have a good ear for vocals, horn, and bass.
