flat tire- girl needs help

My car has been on the side of the road with a flat tire in Mattoon for 3 days now. I had 2 “mechanics” tried to get the flat tire off just to get the spare on. neither one of them were able to. I’m not sure what the problem is but I do know one lugnut is left but it’s stripped. You will for sure need your own tools, is there anyone out there that will please help this girl ????
