kitten needs a new home

I really need some help I am going away for a couple months and I have a 7 month old kitten(Sprite) He was orphaned from his mother who has lived outside my house for years. She was hit by a car. I took him in and took care of him. He is litter box trained and he loves to spend his days outside and then cuddle with me at night. He is such a sweet boy and needs a good home. I’m afraid if I took him to the shelter he might not make it. Anyway I’m looking for a good home for him. He loves everyone cats and dogs and my daughter is his best friend. Please help me. I know I have to add a re homing few so hope 5.00& will be ok. Thank you so very much.
