Need chevy 6.5 diesel mechanic

I'm looking for someone who is specifically familiar with a 1993 Detroit diesel 6.5 turbo diesel motor.  i purchased the truck with most of the motor rebuilt and out of the truck. I have finished the rebuild and dropped the motor in the truck.  it will turn over but I can't seem to get it to start. I'm assuming it's an electrical issue or a sensor issue. I have a heated garage with tools necessary to complete whatever task need be. FOR SOMEONE WHO KNOWS 6.5 motors I'm willing to pay 75-$125hr depending on results and experience. Someone who legitimately knows these motors should be able to look at it and pick out the problem relatively quickly. Text only I have no service at my house in Danville Thanks, Steve
