Wanted: Small Breed Puppy

I’m looking to adopt a small breed puppy to join my small family. A bit about us: It’s just me, my wife and our two cats that have grown up around dogs. We don’t have kids and don’t plan on having any. But we have small children in the family visit during holidays and birthdays.* We both work a flexible schedule so the puppy won’t be alone for more than an couple hours and we already plan on using a pet sitter if we are gone for longer. We do own our condo with easy access to parks in a pet friendly community. Our preferences: - Small breeds only. Nothing bigger than 20 pounds full grown. -Chihuahua or a small breed mixed with poodle preferred - We are preferably looking for a puppy (8-13 weeks) but are willing to consider adopting a young small breed dog (1-2 years old) as well if it’s the right fit. **Please be advised that if you reach out with a young dog they will need to be cat friendly or just not have a prey drive to be considered. We can offer - $200 for an adoption fee (we based this on the shelters fees in our area) **please understand that I will not be able to offer more than $200** We are willing to drive to meet any puppies. We are okay with home inspections. We are willing to sign an adoption agreement if needed. Please note: We are checking shelters / rescues on a daily basis as well.
