Patera Landscaping is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman and Finishers to join our team. The ideal foreman candidates will have 3+ years of experience in the concrete industry and a proven track record of producing exceptional finished products within timelines. The ideal concrete laborers will have 1 year in the concrete industry and a want to expand their knowledge! As a Concrete Foreman at Patera Landscaping, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hardscaping projects, including reading and interpreting plans, communicating with homeowners and team members, and operating equipment. You will work closely with our team of landscape designers and technicians to deliver high-quality hardscaping services to our clients. Any decorative/stamped/colored concrete experience is a plus! As a Concrete Laborer at Patera, you will be a team player working with your crew/foreman to complete projects correctly and on time! There is a huge potential for learning growth! To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a demonstrated ability to lead a team. A valid driver's license is required for this position for foreman. Laborers do NOT need a valid drivers license. Bilingual skills are a plus. Ability to lift 50lbs.
