Part-time Student Job -- Weekends/After school shifts

We are hiring a motivated students/individuals who are positive and outgoing, and who want to make some solid money after school/class and on weekends. Earnings can be anywhere from $12 - $50/hour, depending on results. Our marketing reps will go door-to-door to generate customers as well as work explore other avenues to generate leads. We will provide all training, equipment, sales materials, and target areas for canvassing. If you like talking to new people, are high energy, and want the opportunity to make a LOT of money in the afternoons and evenings after classes/school, then this may be the position for you RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrive at meeting points promptly to get the day initiated Understand and execute tasks and scripts in a timely and professional manner Approach homeowners in a professional manner, and use people skills and communication to gather information and set appointments Build rapport with homeowners in a timely manner to generate high quality leads that will ultimately become sales PERSONALITY: Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality with a strong work ethic Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, and work well with a team Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and a results oriented mindset QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or other related field is a plus, but not necessary Highly organized and self-motivated Quality conscious and detail-oriented Unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, and a vehicle or reliable transportation A working cell phone Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check Must speak fluent English Details: Hours: 3:30pm - 7:30pm weekdays -- 9am-12pm weekends 15-20 hours/week Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship Salary: $12.00 - $50.00 per hour
