I'm a local property management looking for all round handy, experienced, and skilled repairmen. I pay well for repairman that can do quality work efficiently and on schedule. I’m looking for guys that are professional, responsible, and have a get it done mentality. I pay by the job but target pay of about $40 an hour for repairman with good work ethic that do consistent quality work and act like professionals (guys that are punctual, do good work, communicate and are easy to work with in general).
