Since established in 1989, Lawn Rangers has been providing quality landscaping services to residents East of the Cooper. What started as mainly a maintenance based company has grown to include several full time enhancement and install crews. While still providing quality routine maintenance to our customers, we are excited to create new and fresh landscapes to our ever growing customer base. We have immediate openings for creative, motivated and dependable team members. We are currently seeking a professional, organized, hardworking Crew Foreman to help with our continued growth. Landscape enhancements that we pride ourselves on completing include new design and plant install, hardscapes, lighting, irrigation and drainage. Requirements and Qualifications: Hands on experience with landscape layout, plant, tree, sod and mulch installation. Removal of mature landscaping, grading and drainage experience is preferred. Ability to operate a skid steer, trencher, sod cutter and basic landscape equipment is a must. As the crew leader, we will depend on your strong “lead by example” qualities while keeping 2-4 crew members on task and producing the highest level of results. A valid drivers license is required along with the ability to drive a large dump truck and trailer. Daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, ensuring all equipment and materials needed to accomplish the job are loaded and transported to the job site. Identifying and reporting when equipment needs repair. Setting a positive, professional and productive tone while on job site and maintaining courteous and professional communications with the customer.
