Part Time Driver/Errand Runner Needed

Real estate company is in need of an errand runner and driver for simple small tasks 1-2 days per week. We need someone to check on houses weekly and other simple tasks in relation to getting homes remodeled and sold. Tasks include.... - Checking on houses - Simple staging of properties (Towels, mats, etc.) - Picking up lock boxes - Taking photos - Dropping off checks to contractors - Etc. We flip houses throughout Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin counties. Most driving would be Brevard County, followed by Indian River and St. Lucie. Very little is required in Martin County. This would be done with your vehicle, but we will cover any fuel. Job would be 1-2 days per week. We are considering candidates located in Central Brevard and south into north St. Lucie County.
