Pizza shops with terrible/grimy quality

Ameritalia/Casablanca/whatever else it's called.... Before I say anything let me say that I've eaten at Sammys since I was 16, at least twenty times more than Ameritalia, and I've NOT ONCE experienced any issues with the food. Has anybody else experienced any of the following with their pizza: suspiciously weird texture dough (fibrous like cardboard or wood shavings), bafflingly bland flavor (sausage pepper and onion that tastes like almost nothing), mysteriously hard pieces of something (one of which today chipped my molar), obnoxious and demanding staff (I've had their employees go to hand me my change, and dump it directly in the tip jar, then grin at me, TWICE), incompetent employees (burning your slices even though there's only one other customer, not remembering what you ordered when there are no other customers, not knowing what was going on right after telling them what you want etc etc). Look, I'm not some rival pizza company and I don't even work in the food industry anymore, I work construction and like to be able to get a quick lunch. That's it. So save your accusations and bs. If you've experienced things like this and/or other bizarre or suspicious things please email me. I should probably protect my privacy so I may not respond, but I really need to know if it's just me being unlucky or if this place is just a pile of shit that serves pizza. I wrecked a tooth today because of this place, and I can't afford to fix it. I would really like to know if others have suffered from their food. This isn't even about me. If they're doing something intentionally or just out of negligence it's a problem for the community and even children. I know one thing for sure, I'm never going there again.
