Our office is located in Virginia Beach VA Senate Termite Control is a second-generation, family-owned and operated, pest solution provider. We have been the premiere residential and commercial pest service provider throughout Virginia, Maryland, and DC for over 30 years. On top of your salary, Techs are able to sell and techs receive commission on everything that they sell. If you sell to a current customer, you receive 20% commission. If you sell something to a neighbor or a new customer, you receive 50% commission. We pay commission in advance for the full 12 months. If you sell a neighbor quarterly Pest control for $395 initial and $120 per quarter, you make a commission of $377.50. Position: Pest Control Service Technician Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday a month Credentials: Valid driver's license Education: High school diploma or GED You are: - A self-motivated and committed team player - Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills - Hard-working and in good physical condition - Customer-focused with a passion for superior service and building solid relationships - Responsible and well-organized with a drive for excellence - Highly positive and thrive on new challenges - A versatile problem solver with the energy and drive to exceed expectations Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication - Superior customer service - Highly creative and resourceful at recognizing and developing sales opportunities - Extremely detail-orientated Tasks: - Provide reliable, friendly, and superior service to our clients - Conduct inspections for pests and for conditions conducive to pests - Explain services in a clear and friendly manner - Inform clients how they can be proactive in reducing pests - Document and submit service activities and paperwork as directed - Operate and maintain service vehicle and service equipment as per government and company requirements - Utilize, secure, and store products and materials in strict accordance to labels and government and company requirements - Participate in company training, as directed - Propose and sell additional company services and products to new and existing clients, as appropriate We offer: - Fixed salary. - Company vehicle + Gas Card - Training for service technician certification - Extensive and ongoing professional advancement and training opportunities - Positive, professional, and supportive work environment.
