We are a packaging distribution/converting company located in the south Charlotte area looking for an entry level warehouse person working directly with our converting department lead. The responsibilities of this position will be: - Working with power equipment to customize raw material to order specifications - Operating electric cutting tools - Operating instapak foam machine to designated specifications - Preparing workspace to designated specifications for converting runs - Moving product from converting area to outbound dock - Cleaning/sweeping area at end of day Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - Forklift experience preferred, not required - Be a team player - Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time - Keep up with a fast-paced work environment - Good attention to detail - Be punctual - Must have reliable transportation - Ability to stand on your feet for majority of shift - Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs - Must have documentation that authorizes your right to work in the U.S. - Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen We offer competitive compensation and a great working environment.
