Just another way for Biden to score some "Dark Money" donations. Everybody knows by now, as soon as the Penn/Biden center was formed, China immediately started funneling money into Penn State U. Tens of MILLIONS$$$ over a few years. -- It looks like Joe Biden got a healthy cut of that money, too. Here's some history for you younger kids: Bill and Hillary Clinton formed the "Clinton Foundation", which is promoted as a "Charity", so they don't have to pay taxes. Over a 10-year period, the Clinton Foundation took in over $2 BILLION in donations, from countries and individuals that hate America. At the end of 10 years, the Clinton Foundation had spent less than 9% of that money on actual 'charity work'. The rest of the money was eaten up in 'operating costs', 'employee salaries', and "Miscellaneous expenses". The "Miscellaneous expenses" amounted to over $600 MILLION in ten years. Roughly $60 million PER YEAR, just in 'miscellaneous' expenses!! NONE of this money has ever been accounted for, and nobody in D.C. is bothering to look into it. This is exactly the path that the Biden Crime Family has chosen, because it worked so well for the Clintons. If you ever want to know anything about any Democrat, just FOLLOW THE MONEY. Democrats always go for the money.
