Handyman needed- long term

My long term handyman moved out of the area and I need to replace him. Minimum $240 for an 8 hour day. I have an old house in east Fort Lauderdale that needs a lot of repair and maintenance work. Could provide 20-40 hours per week, weekdays only, long term. I would like a person that will work full or half days because I don't have a lot of large projects so I don't want to get bids for my multiple small projects. My small projects include drywall, picture hanging, trim work, ceiling patching, etc. etc. I do have most tools here such as saws, hammers, wrenches, etc. and am in the process of setting up a small garage workshop. Looking for someone experienced, hard working, and honest.
