In search of a Carpenter to replace a room with vinyl. A few small areas are damaged but looking to replace entire room. Room size is approximately 12' wide x 24' long. This is over measured to accommodate for the lips & trims around a fireplace & doorways. Vinyl is placed over hardwood floors but "not" glued on. Seeking replacement of same color/style.
