American Bully needs new home

Needs a family who can propeely train and continue socialize him. He will need a fence in yard, as he likes to run away. 2 years old. Fixed. Current rabies. Not vaccinated (my personal choice). He is ok with some dogs. But not at all with cats. There is a rehoming fee, as I need to know he is going where he will be cared for.
