Join Megan Hardesty on Febuary 18th for a Womens only Self Defense Seminar with a Jiu Jitsu twist. Discover a new found sense of empowerment after learning a few basic self defense moves. This seminar is for women of ALL ages and skill sets. You do not have to be strong or athletic to be able to protect yourself.
