January 22, 2023, is the 50th anniversary of Roe v Wade and so many people across the country are mourning the loss of their constitutional protections. Rochester’s Sexual and Reproductive Justice Task Force (ROC.SRJ) is hosting a fundraiser event as part of the Women’s March national event titled Bigger Than Roe. This event is designed to be a reminder that joy is part of the revolution. Proceeds from this event will go to the NY Abortion Access Fund. This is a family friendly event. Come join us for music, food, activities, and raffles all for a good cause! This fundraiser will be held on January 22, 2023 12-2 pm at The Lab: Creative Resource Center located at 125 State Street Rochester, NY 14614. Registration is required. You will need to show your ticket to attend. Each registered attendee will receive one raffle ticket upon entrance. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the event for more chances to win! We will accept cash or Venmo. You must be present in order to win. Dress casual and comfortable. Masks are strongly encouraged. Please stay home if you feel unwell.
