Ecstatic dance is an intentional dance space that welcomes free form movement and expression. This dance will be held at Ohana Rising Yoga Studio just a few blocks from the Ocean. 💞 6:00pm: Start Time/ Opening Circle- we ask that you arrive promptly so we can open the container of this dance together. In our opening circle, we will welcome the four directions, set personal and collective intentions together and review the guidelines for ecstatic dance 🎶6:15pm- 8:15pm: A journey of ecstatic dance with DJ set, live drum circle and sound bath guided by DJ , musician and sound healer Nash Atkins 🙏8:15pm-8:30pm: Closing circle - a collective time to reflect, integrate, share gratitude and close the container we created as a community What else can can you expect at this magical event? 💫Community Alter Space: we invite you to bring a special item with you to place on the community altar at this time to help you cultivate a safe and sacred dancing experience 💫Cozy tea nest: Complimentary tea will be served with cozy seating to nourish your body, mind and spirit. 💫Drums!! We will be having a live drum and dance in addition to our DJ set. Please feel free to bring a drum if you feel inspired to do so.
