This homebuying workshop will provide information and guidance to those who are interested in purchasing a home. We will cover a wide range of topics related to the home buying process, such as budgeting and financing, credit and credit scores, the home search and selection process, the mortgage application process, and closing on a home. We will also include information on government programs and incentives for first-time home buyers, as well as advice and tips for navigating the real estate market. The workshop will be led by Amanda Croak, veteran real estate agent with White Picket and Jeff McKendrick, mortgage professional with Envoy Mortgage. The goal of the workshop is for you to feel confident in your new known knowledge and skills to make an informed decision to successfully purchase a home!
