A Walk in the WildWood is an outdoor adventure in the enchanted forest with the intention of simply opening to the magic of nature and being present. Take a walk like you never have before… forgetting all about the final destination, but purely enjoying the grand gifts being in Mother Nature has to offer. This walk is perfect for those that have been wanting to bring more movement and relaxation to their lives. “Walking as Sacred Practice” is renewing your commitment to yourself for Whole Health (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing).
We will open our circle with a short guided meditation. Shortly after, we will begin with a leisurely walk through the woods… combined with occasional walking techniques and skills conversations for physical alignment and stress relief. Based on my book, Walking as a Sacred Path, we will journey through the forest in a magical Moving Meditation that is sure to awaken the senses and feed the soul.
Our walk will be an easy 2.7 miles with the option to make it longer for those that feel called.
