Hi I own a smaller cleaning company in northern colorado. (Fort Collins, wellington, Windsor, Loveland, Timnath, greeley, Johnstown areas) I am looking to hire a few people part time or full time. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, trustworthy and can work at a fast pace. This job is fast pace and we clean in crews and clean about 4-6 houses a day. Hours include Monday- Sunday on the weekends we have Airbnb’s and offices. Job starts 15$ an hour during training and then based on experience and how well you pick up the job your able to make up to 17$ an hour Potential to become a lead is 18-20$ an hour plus gas daily. I am very picky, I like things done in a certain way but we have training books and trainers to help with that I also need people to be serious about the job- seeking long term employees!
