We are a family of four with two young children who are in need of someone who is able to work on an hourly basis twice per month. We have the following needs. 1). Cleaning. 2). Laundry (sorting, washing, drying, and putting away). 3). Organization and purging (we have a stuff problem). 4). Selling items on CL and other online marketplaces. We believe that we will need services twice per month, I am assuming that each visit will last between 8 - 12 hours. All of the cleaning supplies and other required expenses will be provided. The compensation structure will be $15/hour. We are hoping to establish a longer-term relationship with the service provider and are flexible on the days and times when the services will be provided. This individual should be a self-starter and be willing to provide suggestions on how things should be organized and take the lead in creating a new organizational structure for our family.
