Summary: In this position, you will wear many hats but your main duties will include parts running, tech helper, shop clerk, keeping the site clean, and helping keep the sites up to safety standards Essential functions: -Schedule the inbound and outbound flow of parts. -Effectively communicate with the service department to ensure the required parts are available for technicians. -Ensure that required parts are ready for shipment according to the required deadlines -Pull parts for shipments and technicians. -Ensure the accuracy of inbound parts, including the inspection of the material compared to the shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing lists, parts transfer, etc.) This includes the documentation of material shortages/overages and rejected or damaged materials. -Use entry-level computer skills (excel and work) -Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. -Check-in daily orders. -Support initiatives to improve shipping, receiving, handling, and storage of materials for efficient and organized inventory management. -Maintain cleanliness of the work area by properly disposing of unneeded materials along with properly organizing new inventory. -Pick up and/or deliver parts to designated areas -Follow all safety and security procedures. -Perform other duties as assigned such as helping other technicians as needed. -Safely drive/operate GPS-monitored company vehicle -The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others Benefits: We offer an extensive and competitive benefits plan for all our full-time employees as we value their time and commitment.
