The Essex Harmony, a Danvers based mixed chamber chorus specializing in ‘Singing School’ early American choral music and contemporary American compositions, seeks a few members for all sections, SATB. Choral experience preferred, auditions required. The Essex Harmony SATB comprises 16-20 members and are artists-in-residences for the Danvers Art Association. The group performs mainly ‘a capella’. The group rehearses Wednesday evenings from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM and/or 8:30 PM. The Essex Harmony performs 3 to 4 concerts per year, has recorded extensively on YouTube (currently 169 videos) The group also has a FaceBook presence. Type ‘The Essex Harmony’ in the search engine.
