We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of our entire property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property, its grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include: - General maintenance duties as required - Monitoring, maintaining, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment - On-call for emergency situations - Functioning as the Property Attendant one or two days each week as determined by the General Manager/Regional Operations Manager. Qualifications: - Experience in property maintenance and repair - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Good communication and customer service skills - Must be able to live on property during the term of employment - Must be able to follow all guidelines outlined in the “Terms of Guest Agreement” provided to guests.
