I need a place to work on a car, can I rent your garage?

The shop I worked at has shut down. I have no garage at home or space to work. I have a few small personal projects on my cars I need to do, some control arms, brakes, exhaust gasket. In the summer, I would just be in the yard, but its so cold right now. Would anyone be willing to rent their space to me? Cement floor prefered, also heat. I would also be willing to trade my labor for your space.
