Jobs

Leawood KS

Description

Hello, I 'm looking for some part time help in the yard. The hours are flexible to your schedule and the work needs to be done on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. 4 hour shift, I will pay cash at the end of the shift. $15 cash an hour. I have all the tools and work gloves needed. You need to be: - Physically able and fit for four hours of yard work - easy to work with and talk with - detailed and complete, I'll explain the work, but I do need it done completely and right This work is easy to explain and I will treat you very fairly. I'm not trying to get free work or scam you. Only proceed if you are a reliable, honest person who will work at a decent pace to complete a job. I know I am easy to work with and I need you to be too. I'm really looking a person who wants to keep working at least 3 shifts a month. If you just want to do this once, I'd rather not go through all of this for four hours of work. I'm being honest and clear. The work I have to do: - Move some earth from the front yard to the back yard and replant some bulbs, lay down some garden fabric - use a leaf blower and then bag 1-2 bags of leaves - remove some grass growing in areas where it should not be - dig some holes for new trees and a small garden If we work well together, I have plenty of 4 hour shifts from now until the end of 2023. Location: Near 135th and Mission Road, Leawood Kansas 66209 When can you work? Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, most of the hours should be done during daylight but I do have a work light that can keep you going 1 hour into the early evening. Tools (I will provide): Shovels, Wheelbarrow, utility knife, leaf blower, rake If this job is a fit for you and your abilities, and you can show up to a schedule, please send me a few sentences that describe you best. Keep it simple. Do you have experience doing this? Do you live close enough to me? Do you like this kind of work where you get to be independent and work out in the open air? I'm looking for someone to start 1/20 or 1/21 this week. Thanks, Mike
