KY PROPERTY AND FIELD INSPECTIONS: (paintsville and all surrounding cities) Do you want to earn some extra money on the side? Send me an email with cities you’re willing to cover. Would be easier to look on google or Apple Maps and draw a circle indicating the areas you can cover, screenshot that and send it over. THIS POSITION IS MAINLY LETTER DROPS. All you have to do it print the letter, take a 2 pictures of home, and 1 picture of letter on door. That’s it! The letters are for passed due accounts which can include cars, homes, personal loans, credit cards, etc… 1099 position, paid PER letter drop/inspection. No license required to do this type of work. Typically you will be assigned an area that would include several cities. Routes could be anywhere from 3-8 hours depending on work. Pay varies depending on how many letters are delivered per hour. This could be anywhere from 2-10 letters per hour. Each letter drop pays between $10-$14 per drop. Price will be determined depending on the route, we want all drivers to make as much as possible. Interior or exterior inspection pay $25. And any medical inspections(drive by verification) pays $20 What we are looking for: part time hours, no guarantee of work, typically 10-20 hours each week, could be more, could be less. MUST OWN A PRINTER to be able to print off letter. Typically all letter drops can be done between the hours of 8am-9pm Monday-Sunday. NO EARLIER, NO LATER. This can vary depending on client requirements. Job Responsibilities Include: • Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections. Mainly letter drops. Usually takes 1-2 minutes per stop! • Updating and processing orders via mobile application and web platform. • Effectively communicating with area manager Requirements for the position: • Must have valid drivers license • Must have reliable Transportation • Must have current auto insurance • Must provide own means to get jobs completed. • Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions • Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner • Must be able to pass a background check
