Mid age female looking for an apartment in a safe area (no high crime areas). Prefer East Peoria or Creve Coeur. I can afford no more than 550 a month. I have two fixed female cats and am ok with paying a pet deposit. I cannot afford a monthly pet rent. I am willing to barter lower rent in exchange for cleaning or yard work. I have good credit and a steady job. I am a very quiet clean person with my own car. I don't party or have people over except my boyfriend. I do not have kids and do not smoke.
