We need you to help us grow and continue our legacy of success. We are hiring for a Roofing Service Foreman. A Roofing Service Foreman job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Leading and supervising the crew • Leak calls • Maintenance repairs • Tenant improvements • Repair scopes of work These services will be performed on a wide variety of roofing systems, both flat and sloped, including: • Built-up roofing (cold and torch-applied assemblies • Coatings • EPDM/TPO/PVC • Metal roofing and flashings • Shingles • Tile Our Requirements: • ****MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE**** • Commitment to customer service and satisfaction • Travel (service truck provided during work hours) • Assist with Job Hazard Analyses, daily documentation, procurement, and accountability for materials • Perform pre-roof clean-up, maintenance and/or repair scope • Willingness to train a service tech helper • Roofing field experience or education • Valid Driver’s License • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements • Must be capable of strenuous activity required to climb, tear, carry and dispose of roofing materials • Must be proficient in operating a cell phone, computer, and tablet • Weekend work required as needed Perks you can expect: • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) retirement plans • PTO and Paid Holidays • Advancement opportunities
