Ultra Clean is looking to hire a well experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team.
As an AHM you’ll help with
supervising all aspects of housekeeping to ensure high standards are
maintained.
Must have great customer service skills,
to resolve issues as well as emphasize with clients. Ideal candidate should be Upbeat and motivated with the ability to develop, manage and keep a team.
Ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to carry out instructions.
Should Assist in managing day-to-day staffing requirements, plan
schedule and assign task. Provide coaching and regular feedback to help manage
conflict and improve employee performance.
Ensure staff are fully trained and
has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination
with other management.
May assist with planned deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff
during high volume scheduling.
Monitor staff hrs on day to day basis.
Check public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good condition.
Advise team members of areas of improvements.
Perform housekeeping duties necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints and special requests to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Maintain procedures for security of lost and found items
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have at least 2 year or more experience. Able to pass background check. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling programs.
