Grandpa is a four year old domestic short hair, who is all up to date on his vaccinations since January of 2021, and is neutered. He is a very social cat who gets lonely and is very sweet when he wants to be around people, however over the course of his time with us we’ve come to realize we’re not the right family for him due to the following circumstances. He was taken in as a stray and at the time we did not understand that he was feral because we only saw him when he was feeling social. When he is craving affection he’s extremely sweet, loves (and asks for) pets, and making biscuits in your lap, but once he was taken indoors he’s attacked multiple different people at nighttime or when he’s acting territorial. We believe that if he had an outdoor space to roam, he would have a chance to leave when he is feeling agitated and approach people when he is feeling his loving side. Besides his outbursts he’s been a very sweet addition to our family, but we believe there’s a better, safer, more comfortable match for him out there.
