The reason this place is soo cheap is because the place is a DUMP!! There are NO PHONES in the room, you need the lobby? either use your own, or WALK to it.. that is,, if the lobby is even OPEN. The staff have no idea how to run a hotel,nor any clue about customer service. The owners are only looking out for the money, which means good luck getting ANY services. You have to PAY to get fresh towels/linens,even TOILET PAPER! they hit you with a deposit that you'll NEVER see, and now they charge additional monies JUST TO USE YOUR CARD!! Air Conditioners work half assed, or not at all. Televisions going out on the daily. WiFi is sporadic at best. Maintenance can be best described as a glorified handyman with no actual experience and zero certifications. The rules on leashing pets is nonexistent, and during our time there were run up on by several dogs NOT controlled! The owners have gone on a "upgrade rampage" to try to salvage that place, (and their other 4 properties evidently) by working in rooms close to tenants, good luck complaining.. or sleeping. Black mold in the bathrooms, bugs, busted tile in the hallways, but on a good night you can catch a decent buzz from all the pot smoking on and around the property! (and be SURE to check your room upon arrival, or you might fine little gifts like those pictured!). In the short time we stayed there I saw more police/paramedics at that location than I had seen over the last 10 months!! This place needs to be leveled to its foundations and started over!! Its cute how they have posted pics of the few "upgraded" rooms and mention the "friendly staff" always available!! BULL$HIT!(We posted a few of our own!! the syringe and baggy were found on top of the med cabinet in the bathroom, found when we were CHECKING OUT!!) Do yourself, your family, friends, EVERYONE a favor and STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! you have been warned,.......
