Accepting subcontractor pricing to assist with the interior renovations of our 20,000 ft sq. retail project. Work will begin in mid Feb 2023 and be approximately 4 weeks in duration. Duties will include the installation of suspended ceilings, fixturing, off loading of owner deliveries, site clean up, etc. This is a perfect temporary gig for a self employed handyman type or a 2 man team. Hourly rates are preferred. Insurance and business card required. Please respond with your qualifications, experience, availability, etc. Thank you
