Responsabilidades - Asegurarse de que toda la ropa blanca en el cuarto de lavado esté bien empaquetada en los estantes y contabilizada. - Cargar el carrito de limpieza con los suministros necesarios para realizar los servicios de limpieza. - Documentar/reportar cualquier daño dentro de las habitaciones. Esto incluye cualquier elemento de construcción, electrodomésticos, muebles y ropa de cama. - Asegurarse de que todas las oficinas se limpien al comienzo de la jornada laboral, incluso antes de que finalice su turno de trabajo. (Dos veces al día) - Realizar servicios de limpieza en el interior de las habitaciones de los huéspedes incluyendo en los baños. Reemplazo de toda la ropa interior de las habitaciones, incluidas sábanas, mantas, toallas de baño, toallas de mano y paños. - Siga todas las pautas y regulaciones de limpieza establecidas por la gerencia / propietario. Habilidades lingüísticas - Debe haber desarrollado habilidades lingüísticas hasta el punto de poder leer y escribir cartas comerciales, resúmenes e informes utilizando el formato prescrito y de conformidad con todas las reglas de puntuación, gramática, dicción y estilo. Hablar español es excelente si hay residentes que solo tienen ese idioma principal. Cuidados ante el COVID-19 - El control de temperatura se realiza al ingresar al edificio. Se deben usar guantes y máscaras faciales en todo momento hasta nuevo aviso de los CDC. Los trabajadores deben estar vacunados. Debe tener un Seguro Social y estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos. Responsibilities - Ensuring all linen in the laundry room is packed neatly on the shelves and accounted for. - Stocking housekeeping cart with supplies needed in order to perform cleaning services. - Documenting / reporting any damages within the rooms. This includes any building items, appliances, furniture and linen. - Ensuring all offices are cleaned upon the beginning of the work day including before your work shift ends. (Twice a day) - Perform cleaning services inside of guest rooms including in the bathrooms. Replacing all linen inside the rooms including bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. - Follow all housekeeping guidelines and regulations as set forth by management / owner. Language Skills - Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to read and Write business letters, summaries and reports using prescribed format, and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style. Spanish Speaking is a great if there are residence who only have that as there primary language. COVID-19 precautions - Temperature screening is done upon entering the building. Gloves and face masks are to be worn at all times until further notice from the CDC. Workers must be vaccinated. Must have a Social Security and be authorized to work in the US.
