Looking for someone to start immediately after applicating process. We are seeking Full or part time Electricians Carpenters, Plumbers and Maintenance people to tend to over 300,000 Square feet of real estate in and around Boston. You will be working with on-site managers who will be assigning work, and getting materials. We have tenants that we take care of, mostly commercial. We have residential work as well. We have one carpenter that's been working with us for years and since we have gotten more tenants we need help managing the maintenance to provide great and timely service up coming work includes installing exterior windows, installing partition walls, sheet rock, taping, mudding, sanding, painting, Electrical work comprises of Installing lights, switches, outlets etc. Life safety Systems, Etc. We have properties in Hyde Park, Natick, Burlington, South Boston and Revere. And We mainly work out of Hyde Park and South Boston. Currently at a job in Quincy, MA T
