This is to apply for our as needed gig to run errands for our REI business. The job will include: visiting and taking pictures and video of properties (using a good smart phone camera is fine). Must have reliable transportation. If you have construction and real estate experience it is a plus but not necessary because we will need a light inspection to be done. Roof, HVAC, cracks, plumbing, mold, and electrical issues noted. Must be good with people, reliable, and punctual. Pay: 25/hr per gig Text me your name and location (city & state) and availability.
